Glenmac

Had a great day out in glenmacnass today. Had one of those days when you never really get up stuff but do loads of mileage. Tried monkey burger and the arete next to it, didn't really get too far. Dec and john were doing well on the face on that boulder but it felt like a real skin shredder! Played on the tombstone with everyone getting shut down but a good team effort saw it compeleted.
Tried that damn thing on the rasher got to the lip but lacked the strength to pull over. Finished on solidarity no one managed it but i felt better then at the beginning of January. My baby soft skin ment I went through 2 tips and most of my knuckles.
The ground was good and frozen and the boulders were dry. It tried to rain but it was grand in the end.
John and I walked out straight while Bray, Dec and Mark followed the river, it was a race and we won!
Good day out would love to head out tomorrow but feel broken.
